The iGOT Karmayogi platform has reached a major milestone, surpassing 1 crore registered users, marking a significant step in India’s digital governance and civil services reform. Launched in 2022, iGOT Karmayogi is a centralized online learning platform designed to enhance the skills and competencies of civil servants across the country.
As a key pillar of Mission Karmayogi—India’s National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building—the platform offers a diverse array of self-paced courses, live webinars, and collaborative learning modules. These resources span critical areas such as governance, public policy, administration, and technical domains.
iGOT Karmayogi is managed by Karmayogi Bharat, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), and is built to integrate seamlessly with the broader Digital India ecosystem. Its goal is to foster a future-ready bureaucracy, equipped with the knowledge and tools to meet the dynamic challenges of governance in the 21st century.
