A YouTuber has been arrested and charged with espionage for Pakistan under Sections 3 (Spying) and 5 (Communication with Foreign Agents) of the Official Secrets Act (OSA), 1923, as well as Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
